How We Started
After the pandemic, we noticed a sharp decline in the standards of debate and delegate performance in youth forums like Model UN. Skills such as oration, diplomacy, discipline, and critical thinking were no longer at the levels they once were.
We came up with an innovative solution, bring in top professionals from diverse disciplines, the very best in their fields, to mentor youth directly. Not through generic workshops, but through immersive, real-time evaluations during debates.
This approach was different: personalized coaching, tailored feedback, and deep engagement. Professionals joined committees, observed delegates in action, and provided targeted advice on oration, leadership, diplomacy, discipline, and critical thinking, while also offering guidance on content and substance.
Beyond skill development, this model which we called "Professional Evaluative Mentorship" gave students unprecedented access to opportunities, connecting them with professionals who could open doors to internships, mentorship programs, and new spaces where their talents could grow. Furthermore, even Professionals benefited by gaining
insight into youth engagement and felt proud to contribute.
OUR MODEL UN PROGRAMS
EXPERT-LED RESOURCE PANELS AND REAL -TIME DELEGATE EVALUATIONS
The first-of-its-kind panel of real-world professionals — from law, medicine, international relations, and diplomacy — who directly mentor and assess youth during MUN simulations. We identified the gap in feedback, and we fixed it. Now, delegates receive real-time insights and post-conference evaluations not just from chairs, but from leaders who’ve lived it. This isn't just about becoming better MUN'ers — it's about becoming stronger speakers, negotiators, and changemakers. We're not preparing future leaders. We're recognizing them as leaders now — and giving them the tools to lead.
RESOLUTION EVALUATION EVENTS
The Resolution Evaluation Event is a first-of-its-kind platform where student-drafted Model UN resolutions are reviewed, critiqued, and assessed by real-world professionals. Designed to bring legitimacy to student diplomacy, this initiative ensures every idea is not just discussed but tested for feasibility, innovation, and real-world impact. By bridging the gap between simulation and reality, we empower youth to move beyond debate and into actionable global change
UNIQUE FEEDBACK SYSTEM: ElevateMe
A first-of-its-kind platform that enables chairpersons and delegates to log and access real-time feedback during Model UN conferences. Designed to solve the long-standing issue of vague or delayed delegate evaluation, this system captures specific, timely observations and growth points. By ensuring transparent, structured, and accessible feedback, it transforms MUN from a performance to a learning experience—helping every delegate take their next step with clarity and confidence.
OUR NEWEST CONCEPT
Diplomatic Impact Clubs
A Diplomatic Impact Club takes our unique model of Professional Evaluative Mentorship beyond MUN. By integrating this into schools through a movement called "Model Diplomacy", these self-sustaining clubs integrate high-level professionals directly into school student activities, where they consistently mentor and evaluate students through a personalised feedback-driven approach. This hands-on guidance helps students elevate their skills, and enhance performance across all extracurriculars, further preparing them for success in the real world beyond school.

Meet the Founder
Kent Singhage
Kent Singhage is one of the leading figures in the youth empowerment sphere — an accomplished Model UN’er, orator, author, and visionary youth civic advocate.
As the Founder and President of Diplomatic Impact, Kent is pioneering a global shift in how youth diplomacy is conducted — building systems where students and their solutions receive expert feedback, long-term mentorship, and real-world follow-through. His leadership connects government, professionals, and young minds in a powerful network of action-oriented diplomacy.
Beyond MUN, Kent is an author, poet, researcher, and public speaker. His work spans Greek literature, culture, diplomacy, and educational innovation. Through Diplomatic Impact, he hopes to actively shape the next generation of changemakers.
